Terms
Apara Mac Extender
Terms of Use.
Effective 26 September 2026.
Agreement
Apara Mac Extender is published by Yogvid Wankhede (“we”). If you get the iPhone app from the App Store, your licence to use it is Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins. The Mac companion app is licensed to you on these terms, for use with your own devices.
The Apara terms of use also apply, except where this page says something different about Apara Mac Extender.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apara Mac Extender offers a monthly subscription, an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the App Store for your region. All purchases are made through, and billed by, Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Where an introductory free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged.
- A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for continued use of the app’s paid features as they exist at the time and as we update them, for as long as we continue to offer the app.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; see support for how to ask. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
Preview builds
The Mac companion is currently offered as a preview. It may have bugs, may change or be withdrawn, and is provided for evaluation until a full release is available.
Using the app responsibly
Only connect devices you own or are authorised to use. Apara Mac Extender shows your Mac’s display on your iPhone and sends input from the iPhone to the Mac; anyone holding the paired iPhone can see and control the extended display, so keep your devices locked and pair only with devices you trust.
No warranty and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is”. The no-warranty, liability, indemnity and governing-law sections of the Apara terms apply to it, and, for a purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before a claim. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it.
Privacy
See the Apara Mac Extender privacy policy. Display video and input travel directly between your own devices and are not sent to our servers.
